I'd love to, but I don't know enough about the portal. I almost never find shovelware or other stolen stuff, and if I do another one has posted it before me. I think I posted there like three or four times asking questions and posting one stolen flash. In two years.
Actually, you don't NEED to report a lot of stolen/malicious/shovelware content. I was accepted (and I only reported flash twice in my lifetime as Criminal-23, both of which were incorrect. lol)
The MINIMUM requirements are:
1. A Blam/Protect rank of "Private" or above (2,500 B/P minimum).
2. Advanced Whistle status (Bronze or better).
3. Sufficient posting quality (minimal one-liners, intelligent posts that contribute to threads, etc).
4. Sufficient review quality (helpful and civil, with constructive criticism, regardless of the flash or author).
5. No outstanding bans or recent disreputable behavior.
6. No zero-effort flashes (static images, single frames, tiny loops, etc) after 1 January 2009.
I know the requirements, and thus that I can join. But I'm not one of the people who can easily find stolen/shovelware content, and the things I do find have already been reported by members of the EGB.
Because of this, I don't see the point of joining. I have no doubt about the EGB being an awesome club, but if I can't contribute much and will just post something about me blamming tens of submissions a day and being lucky if I get a single blam point out of it, I don't think it's useful if I join that club. Plus, I already have a club (the RRC), so it's not like I still need to find a place or anything.

@Knuck: you did realize there's barely anything to blam nowadays, right? I mean, the past few days had all been ZERO obituaries. I would be happy as fuck if I ever get to 1,000 Blams. I'll be honest: while I do get most of the saves that there's available, I DO get most of the blams available nowadays. Too bad I rarely B/Pd in 2011, otherwise my blam count would be around 900 or perhaps 1,000. :(
