Also, I had to say 'wtf' when level 3 started, because I died 10 seconds after Level 3 started. Wtf happens after you complete Level 3?
For overall score, I'd say 65/100. It needs medals (for each specific milestone), and a 'score counter'. For this kind of game, you could allow the player to gain 100 points per 5 seconds of survival and it stops when the user dies each time. Or a timer for the highscore and such. You figure the style of scoring yourself.
I used a laptop to play your game, so it explains why I died so quickly.
PS: capitalize Hell in the title. 'Neon Hell' looks better than 'Neon hell'.
