If he's agressive through PM's it's easier to block him. You can do the same with the comments.

I've gotten the Bronze whistle...again. I'm not satisfied, though. Silver is what I'm aiming for. -_-
A bronze one is very nice. Of the people logged on NG logs over 70% has a normal or garbage whistle. And those are the users that take time for newgrounds. Of the total userbase the percentage garbage/normal whistle is even higher. So a bronze one is great already.
There's this Irish kid that's a massive disgrace in my school, thus kids in my school take the word 'Irish' as a disgraceful insult.
I feel sorry for the kid...
