The debate starts with the 'yes' side having two minutes for the debater to state why steroids and other performance drugs should be used. Then the 'no' side has 4 minutes to counter the 'yes' side and state why steroids shouldn't be used. Then the 'yes' side has 2 minutes to counter the statements that 'no' just stated.
This will repeat itself in total of six times, since there are 12 debaters.

in america, steroids is viewed as a horrible thing in sports, but is good in other things, such as performance enhancement, but not for anhy major sporting events, just excersize
it is a good drug because it helps the athlete achieve his goal in a legal way that is harmless, and the risks are very low. also, steroids are not just so they can get stronger, but if the player is suffering some sort of illness, steroids sometimes is used for medical standards to get the athlete back to his feet.
