As of recently, the Portal has been extremely slow in UJ submissions. I'm guessing it's due to the recent problems of 'unable to make a new project'.
I now only come to the portal to blam the shit out of the few submissions that look and play the crappiest.
@Luigi: to be honest, I'm quite disappointed that there are less than 25 UJ submissions available to vote on every 20 hours (and I fail to save a few submissions from popular artists, such as the Zone flash, the submissions with the : : tags because they get past judgment too quick). Right now (as of from December 1st to Today) my B/P average is just above 40, but that will drop if the UJ submissions don't kick in quick enough.
