I see you are also banned, thus I came along.
So yeah, NLC changed his username because he recently received some mental problems. I (personally) believe it has been caused by a strike via a baseball bat to the head a few weeks ago. Right now he is on his way to a mental doctor and I hope that he recovers from his ill-stated mind soon.
Also, I believe he changed because his previous name, NL-Courage, was being abused by people of our school. Furthermore, NL-Courage does not describe NLC as a person in any way (in fact, NLC in real life is actually the opposite of courage) and the word 'criminal' has a lot in common with NLC.
Last of all, his bans should not be taken seriously (despite having myself banned from sending PMs). I know him in real life and I know exactly that he never had the sort of personality that is seen on his News Post. He is actually a quiet, honest and kind person as well as mature but it seems that the baseball hit had caused him to lose all knowledge.
That's horrible to hear. I hope he recovers well.
And yeah, the bans are kind of funny. I called him by his previous username before he changed the rule, so I was like: WTF? Banned from Chris' newspost? Then a little later I read the new rule, and thought it was pretty funny. I don't think the bans will last 25 years.

Also, I seem to find out a majority of the users around here resent the fact that NLC changed to C23. Whoever resents his change should tell their reasons--he hates people that resent his changes without reason. I basically do not care about the change since it is his own decision, but I somehow believe that the majority that resent his change have contributed to his trigger of becoming mentally insane--and are still triggering his inner rage everytime he sees NL-Courage or NLC.
