how come sometimes i click on the ! but it does not work....
why is that?
Because you can't click the ! when you skip through the reviews on the user pages. You have to go to the flash/audio/art itself to click it.
They might have done this to prevent people from voting on reviews while they didn't view the flash. If a user was irritating sometimes all his/her reviews were downvoted by people who disliked them.

This system isn't for getting another stat to whore. It's to remove abusive reviews. Posting abusive reviews to stat-up your whistle is kind of like cheating, and it doesn't help anyone.
I'd like to thank you for your efforts as well . Because of this newspost and some searching on my own, I managed to a golden whistle today. It looks a lot better on my stat page than the old silver one. =)

This newspost became less filled when the chain letters were banished. That was the main souce of whistle points, the reason why I started this newspost, and they were easy to find with google advanced search.
